Which one is important in my life?
What kind of job could let you felt so depressed and couldn't stand it anymore? Although,I have riched working experience for 17 years, but I never met this kind of job could be pushed me to the limit, and felt so helpless and useless. As teacher said in the class, "When you make a decision, then you have to be responsible and accept it." But the truth was I did made a decision when I have two job's opportunities to choose, then I made my decision. At that time, I believed that any problems could be solved, and I tried to overcome any kind of bad situation that I met. But it's failed. The root cause was the whole process in this job were totally wrong. The team work was bad, everyone just care about themselves. I couldn't imagine that why I have to stay up until midnight every day. It's out of my limit. Therefore, I told boss about my problems and I really need her help, but she just said, "you should raise you hand earlier!" My goodness,it's sound like I am a problem maker! It's unfair! I did said that before, but it didn't work, my team leader just ignore me. After thinking in these two days, I got to make a decision again. After all, I have two kids to raising, even though, money is important. But I have to spare more time for study. I want to stay healthy, if overtime till midnight will be a normal stiuation every day, it will be killed me! That's not what I want in my life! As no doubt, which one is important? I rather choose quit the job than stay up till midnight everyday.

The Toyota Way
Recently, I got a book from our company. It's called "The Toyota Way". I was surprised that I have been told I must to read it within two weeks and wrote it down with my comments, and then do presentation after next week. How can I use the limit time to read it. It's a big challenge. Why I said that was because I really exhausted in the past two weeks. I have overtime for my job until midnight every day. To tell the truth, I hope that I could get rid of it. But it's an assignment from my new company. I have to show something about it. Our VP said all team members have to study it. And list top three faults, then tell team members how to solve it. The only thing I can do is just quickly overview, make a point. It's the best way to achieve the target. The book is on my desk right now. I quickly overview it, and I found that I can learn many correct concept to improve my daily jobs. For example, in this book, they mention all procedure must consider about the cost and have to make a target and then expedite the procedure, and then do the right thing. It’s new start, I hope I can make it.

Without Political Motives?
I saw a news from "The China Post" on last Saturday; the front page was remarked about "U.S. Beef Imports Eased". Actually, it's an translated assignment from Journalism English. When I read the newspaper,I was shocked by paragraph of The China Post as follows:
"At present, Taiwan only allows imports of U.S. boneless beef that contain no SRMS and from cattle younger than 30 months. Under the terms of the new accord, U.S. bone-in beef, ground beef, intestines and processed beef that have not been contaminated with SRMs will also be allowed to enter Taiwan." -- from Front page of "The China Post", Oct 24, 2009.
I can't believe that our premier said- "he respects experts' decision on beef imports," But according to the past experience and research, U.S. beef still have potential danger in Mad Cow Disease. It's a kind of contagious disease, and it can't be destroied in high temperature; therefore, how to know U.S. beef has not been contaminated with SRMs? How to ensure the safty and persuade us to believe that all of Taiwanese consumers will not swallow the infective cow. I am really wondering and worried about it. This is because I think that it's a political consideration, if the official will not eat U.S. beef, how they could ask his people to swallow it? Please don't be a foolish person!

First Day of the Work
Today was my first day of the work. Everything seemed went well. I got up early in the morning, then I prepared all documents which requested by new company. I reported in duty on time. My heart was cheerful.
I just thinking that after being long unemployed person, I should happy that I finally could found a job, that's worth to celebrate it. Although I have more than 10 years' related experiences, but I have to submit the lower salary. Why? Because of six months unemployed period, it will let you down in the dumps. It almost destroyed your confidence. But I believe that if I could do my best effort in my duties, then it will be a good start.
When I came into the office with HR person, I was surprised that the office was messy and not tidy. “That’s fine.” I thought. Everyone seemed very busy; therefore, I sat on the chair then doing nothing. That’s really not a good example to treat a newcomer. They should introduce me to everyone, so that I could quickly familiar with all colleagues and environment. After two hours waiting, they wanted me to hand over the testing and packing’s functions immediately. How could I hand over all related process without computer? So, all I have to do was memorized it. But I can’t reach what she said. Oh, my god! What a messy day was! Who can help me to conquer it? I really need more time to find the way out. I believed that I could make it.
Go! Go!

Friend or Enemy?
Everyone may agree that we can't live without friends. We need friends to support and help each other not only in your daily life but also in your job career and school life. Recently, I felt so depressed because I met a new colleague in the new job. I tried to be friendly with her, but she seemed not accept me all the time. I didn't know why. Is it about my attitude? Is it about my behavior? Did I say something wrong? I was wondering and didn't know how to solve the bad relationship, even though I am an adult, and I have more social experience. To tell the truth, I am not good at to make friends, that's what I want to try my best to learn it more. Maybe I should ignore her reaction, but I can't. I am not angry with her, because I am old enough to be her aunt. I just tell myself "If you want people return the smile to you, you have to smile first!" "Forgive the person who hurt you, then you will be treat well yourself." After long consideration, I decided to give up this job opportunity, and choose the other new job. I don’t want to be her enemy. Please don’t misunderstanding, that’s not the key reason I want to quit the job. I just want to choose the more suitable job. Wishing all goes well.

Need a Guide Line
Dear Brother,
It's been a while didn't say Hello to you and your family. How's going?
I have looked for a new job for five months. It's really difficult to find a new job in Taiwan. I think that it will be have same situation in USA.
After long searching and frustrate, then I got a interview chance from a company yesterday, and I may have chance to get in there. I am still waiting for their confirmation; wishing I am lucky enough. Tomorrow will be have another company for interview, God bless me!
I have studied at LungHwa University on Staturday and Sunday for one year. If I am successful, I would graduate from LungHwa next year. Following is my English blog for your information. It's a assignment for English Writing. It's really a tough homework for me.

It would be appreciated, if you have free time to comment some ideas for my English Writing, especially for grammar. That will be helpful to improve my English Writing. I knew you are very very busy guy, just take a look in your break time, that will be fine. By the way, don't be surprised when you saw this letter again in my blog. After all, I need more essays to fulfill my assignment. Yes, you save my life!
Say Hello to your family.
I miss you all and Happy Moon Festival!

New Semester and New Busy Life
The summer vacation will be ended in this weekend. I am still sitting right here and trying to do my fiftieth English essays. I am running out of my words, and don't know how to write my last one. "Yeap! Why not just write something about my training courses?" I was thinking...
Recently, I have taken training courses from Occupation Train Education Association for 39 days. The course is start from Monday to Friday at 9:00 am to 4:30 pm; it's really a hard work for me to sit right there all day. Then you have to pay your fully attention on the courses. I try to do my best to concentrate on the class. But I felt tired and exhausted. After all, it's not my expertise. As I said on the previous essay, it's really a brand new course for me. Luckily, our teachers are the best one, they teach us a lot of skills and encourage us; as they said -we should hang on and don't give it up! They shared their many experiance in seeking for new job.
Therefore, I made up my mind and set a new goal-I hope I can pass the TQC exam after the training course ended. But on this Saturday, I have to go back to LungHwa for new sememter, so how to balance the busy days between training course and LungHwa, it's a new topic to me. But I think I can overcome it.
