Stand by your side!

When you were born, "An Ku....." that's a nickname that I always calling you. Every night, when you fell asleep, I always love to look at you lovely face with smiling. I knew that you are my whole life and nothing can stop loving you. When you both grow up, everytime you was crying or facing frustrated situation, I will hug you and kiss you again and again, and try to make you happy, then you turn tears into smiles immediately and said "Momy, I love you." When I felt tired after work, you always ran to me and hug me with arms. Finally, I realized that everything is worth for me. I was so happy even though I was tired. You are so sweet, I want you to know that I love you all very much, no matter how difficult in the future, I will support you. Don't give up, Be strong. You will have your own life in the future, momy will stand by your side and watching you, supporting you whenever and forever with my deeply love~

Everything is out of control

I think that busy is good thing for me, it means that you are a lucky guy who didn't yet to be fired, you still can keep the job, earn more money to raise your children, to pay the bills; you don't need to worry about your future's life temporary; especially for the current bad situation of global economic downturn, it was really terrible. But when our manpowers have been decreased from 100 person to 8 person gradually, I felt so sad and angry. I felt sad is because we have worked together for more than ten years, we are families, and have same common, but right now we have to say good bye again and again. I felt angry is because they don't care about our feelings, especially for the person who have to stay. We are overloading with our duties. Overtime without call-back pay is a normal situation and happened to every day. I am going to crazy right now, I don't have any backup person to help me, and I have to hand over all jobs to China, resell all excess stock to brokers, coordinate with vendors for the stortage status and feedback to customer, so many things have to do, and everything is out of control. How can I do?, what should I do? Somebody helps me. Please.....

Do You Prefer Coffee or Tea?

Yes, I prefer tea. Green tea is my favorite ones. I always make a cup of green tea and sit on the sofa, then watch TV every night. It can make me feel relaxing when I smell and taste the tea. According to the researcher's report, tea is good for your health. It can prevent the cancers, and prolong your life. Green tea is also popular in Japan. If you have been to Japan, you would see they must have a cup of tea after meals. But if I feel tired at work, I would have a cup of coffee to refresh my mind. Coffee has more stronger caffeine than tea to refresh your tired body, but no matter what kind of drinks you do like, don't drink too much, or it will bad for your body.

Happy Feet

It is an animated movie. I saw this movie from HBO. I like this kind of movie; it is really proper you and your kids to watch it together. It can let you feel relax, no stress, and teach you how to deal with people, and everyone should open his mind to accept everyone's different and admire others different. In this animated movie, Mumble is an Emperor penguin who has a big problem. He doesn’t possess the ability to sing like other penguins. Instead, he can tap dance. He is totally different with other penguins, he likes dance. Because this different feature, everyone thinks that he was strange and don’t really like him. He felt frustrated, and he decided to travel around the world. Then, he meets new friends who accept him with open arms. With his newfound pals, Mumble goes in search of the true cause of the famine. Finally, he found the root cause was made by human, then he saved his family. Recommend you to watch it.

How to learn English?

Most people have a biggest problem in learning a new language is their own fear. They always worry that they wont’ say it correctly or will look stupid, so they don’t talk at all. Yes, I also have this problem, too. How can I overcome it? I always try to talk to myself-“Never to do this again, be braved!”, “Practice will make everything perfect.” When you learn everything, please do it again and again until you get it right. Don’t let a little fear stop your learning.

There are many different ways you can improve your English. You can use as many tools and methods as possible. I think that surf the English web site is a fantastic resource for your English learning. Also, here is another way to learn English: to surround yourself with everything in English. Try to take note in English, writing in English, put English books around your room, listen to ICRT radio broadcast, watch English news- i.e. CNN, varied movies and television. Of course, you have to begin “Thinking in English”.

My favorite way to learn English is watching English films or television. This is not only a fun way to learn but it is also very effective. You can learn it to expand your vocabulary and hear the different accents. One way to improve your English comprehension is listen to English music and singing it. I also like this way to improve my English sentences, vocabulary. Studying English novels, memorized more vocabularies and doing exercises are necessary, too.

Finally, I want to say is speak it out, after all, language is a communication skill, you have to talk with other people, then to learn how to deal with people. Have fun!

Mission Impossible Job

On this Monday morning, when I arrive at the office. My boss told me that we have to emergent disposal all obsoleted inventory(totally pallets*325) within two days, no any excuse!! How come! I thought...we are just got the best quotation from buyer in this morning, and on going to define the obsolete process from system. Everything is just beginning for us, we even didn't prepare paperwork for application. It's really a nightmare, especially for the bad situtaion-the lack of manpower. I am so worried about it. But there is a word to say: "Rule 1: Boss is always right. Rule 2: If boss is wrong, please refer to rule 1."

I have to follow up my boss's instruction, and do my best to figure out the solution, it's really a big challenge to me, because I have never done that before. Especially it's a very big big money.... I don't want to get in trouble. It's really out of my duty, but I have to take care of it, because the reason of rule 1+ rule 2. Right?! So...I contact with other related department, con-call with them, then check with financial department for the correct process. Two days later, we tried to solved the problems... finally, we finished this "Mission Impossible Job" by today. God bless us! I want to say thanks for my colleagues, without their assistance it's really impossible to finish this job. I hope everything is going well.

My Good Memory for Business Trip

I have been to Japan for one month business trip on March in 2005. The destination was Yonezawa which located in Yamagata County. That's my first time visit Japan. I was so excited, because my colleagues told me that if you were lucky guy, you might probably see the last snowing because the spring season was coming.

When I arrived at Yonezawa, I was attracted by the beautiful scenery at the moment. It's snow-covered everywhere. It's clear and white everywhere and looked like a drawing. I really love this landscape. Guess what? Next day, when I woke up and looked the view from windows in the morning, it was sonwing outside. How lucky I am!

I think Japan is a wonderful place for tourist, they are modern and very clean. For example, you can see that from ladies room, it's clean and modern, besides, they have convenient transport communications, especially for Shinkansen (high-speed railway), you just buy a return ticket then travel around the cities wherever you want to go, also you can taste many traditional Japanese foods, such as Ramen, Tanpuro, and the famous beef at Yonezawa. I really recommend you should try the railway boxed meal they served. It's delicious! Then, you can buy some special souvenirs as Hello Kitty at train station or each tour site.

In this business trip time period, I have been to visit many special places in Japan. The one of cities where I visited was Ginzan Hot Spring. I went there with my colleague by bound bus and it took us approximately 40 minutes to reach there. The Ginzan Hot Spring is famous not only in Japan but throughout Asia as the setting for the drama Oshin. It is now popular not only for its hot springs but as a sight seeing location as well. Recently, the Ginzan Hot Springs have become incredibly popular, attracting large numbers tourists from not only Japan, but all over the world. I like this place very much, hope someday I can visit there once again!!
