The Advantages and Disadvantages of City Living

Have you ever thought about the advantages and disadvantages of living in cities? Living in big city has many benefits. In contrast, it also has many disadvantages. Most of young people like to live in city because it is very convenient. You can never run out of things to do. For example, you don’t have to go for shopping by car or bus because the department store nearby your house and you can do the shopping very quickly. Moreover, in bigger cities are many places where you can meet with your friends, and you can also visit, e.g. cinemas, theaters, museums, PUBs, restaurants, etc.-where you can spend your free time and relax.

On the other hand, living in big cities has many disadvantages: the air pollution, noise, and traffic are terrible. There is also a lot more crime in the city. Besides, living in big cities is very troublesome, e.g. you have to look out of a traffic, thieves and etc. and yours children cannot feel safely.

In conclusion, it is up to each individual to decide where we want to leave. I think that I wouldn’t be able to live in a big city for all my life the best sollution for me is living in wilderness but not too far from the big city. I think that GueiShan Township is the best place where I love to live in.
